Vivienne Miranda

Specializing in Pre- and Perinatal massage, Vivienne focuses on the body and mind connection, incorporating Eastern and Western massage techniques to obtain a perfect therapeutic massage, particularly in preparation for the birthing & lactating experience. A professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Vivienne has been working since 2006 and continues her studies in infant therapies. She uses Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Raindrop Aromatherapy Technique and Pranayama breathing exercises in her work.
Vivienne is also an instructor of Sampoorna Yoga. Sampoorna Yoga integrates Yogi Hari’s teachings from his gurus; Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnu-Devananda, and Swami Nada-Brahmananda, to bring the branches of Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada Yoga together to purify and harmonize all aspects of the human personality. This class will be given bilingually Spanish/English and open to all physical and health levels.
Luis Martir

Luis is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher trained at It's yoga, Puerto Rico with David Kyle and Elizabeth Sallaberry. In his class he strives to ignite the dormant flame of vital life energy within all of us focusing on the synchronization of deep breathing, asana(postures) and drishti (focus point). As a result, our body will enjoy better health and more energy and our mind more will be powerful and clear.
Antoinette Berardi

Antoinette Berardi is a W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools) certified Personal Trainer. She is also certified by the American Heart Association in first aid and CPR. She has worked at several fitness facilities on the Jersey Shore and has also instructed a beach boot camp during the summer months. Shannon Lyons

I was certified by the Yoga Alliance in May 2009 and practiced for 3 years in Orlando, Fl. while attending the University of Central Florida. I just recently moved from Sarasota, Florida in August. My classes are designed for any level, and are suited for beginners as well. My classes focus on calming the mind while doing something beneficial for the body. Stretching, strength building, and deep breathing are all included in the hour long class. Any level of experience welcomed, from beginner to advanced; there will be something for everyone.
