Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga basically means "sun and moon" in Sanskrit, which translates into a focus on the mind and body. Balance.  This class is designed to focus on the breath, relaxing and staying in the present moment. It is a Level I class, which means it is suitable for all levels, including beginners. There are variations to each asana (pose) in order to bring challenge or relaxation. The class is about non-competition, with yourself and with others, allowing you to relax, move the body, and gain a clear mind.  60 minutes/90 minutes.


Sampoorna Yoga

Sampoorna Yoga integrates Yogi Hari’s teachings from his gurus; Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnu-Devananda, and Swami Nada-Brahmananda, to bring the branches of Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada Yoga together to purify and harmonize all aspects of the human personality.  This class will be given bilingually Spanish/English and open to all physical and health levels.

Sampoorna Yoga integra las ensenanzas de Yogi Hari y sus gurus;  Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnu-Devananda, y Swami Nada-Brahmananda, para traer las diferentes ramas de Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana y Nada Yoga, juntos para purificar y harmonizar todos los aspectos de la personalidad humana.  Este clase sera dada en Espanol e Ingles y abierto a todos los niveles fisicos y de salud.  90 minutes.


Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a system of Yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.  This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the pranayama (breath control) with a progressive series of asanas (postures) which create a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.  The result is improvised circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.  90 minutes.


Bring It On! Bootcamp
Get in shape and feel great at Antoinette's Bring It On Boot Camp Challenge!  Jump start your heart with cardiovascular intervals and tone your muscles with natural resistance training!  Class is held on the majestic landscapes in the hills of Rincon, Puerto Rico.  Class meets at La Paz and travels to the site.  60 minutes.

Yoga Core
Yoga Core is a class designed to strengthen our hips, thighs, abdominal, and back while stretching key muscles.  The first half of class will be focused on sculpting our bodies with stimulating Yoga taught by our vibrant instructor, Shannon Lyons.  The second half will be dedicated to building core strength with Boot Camp instructor Antoinette Berardi.  Come join us for this full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and strong.  60 minutes.
